The incumbent will be responsible for delivering a very large-scale, complex Transformation program to deploy Oracle Fusion O2C solution to help the client achieve high performance by Process simplification and Harmonization Implementation Experience 4-5 Oracle Order Management, Cloud - Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Costing 10-12 Years in Oracle Fusion / EBS O2C Interpersonal / Soft Skills: Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and developing business presentations and power user training materials Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all management levels and end user levels Domain Experience Good understanding of Order to Cash process, Pricing, Order Processing process, Inventory Management, Supply chain Orchestration, process flows Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and SCM Cloud Modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Costing. Must understand Sales Order Management business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality. Implementation - At least 1 Fusion Cloud Implementation Multi country rollout experience - EBS or ERP Cloud is must Experience in preparing documents - Configuration, To-Be, FD, Test Scripts etc., Strong written and oral communication Consulting and Functional Experience: Should have direct customer facing experience and provided solutions Should demonstrate good consulting skills, flexibility and the ability to lead Power Users and effectively interface with various managers. Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills Hands-on experience in configuration of Oracle Order Management modules, developing Functional design documents Technical and Tools Experience Experience in testing Oracle Order Management scenarios Expertise in creating/updating process flows (Visio), Other MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a MUST Oracle Fusion O2C Skills: 4-5 Oracle Order Management Cloud - Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Costing |
