Within this role, applying best-practices and fostering common standards, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize value for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure that Salesforce is aligned with our business objectives and drives positive customer experiences. Minimal travel may be required. Required Skills Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or a similar role in a manufacturing or related industry. Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Product Owner certification is a plus. Experience implementing solutions by mapping customer's business processes to Salesforce.com features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities. Knowledge of implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions. Demonstrated experience in leading a team and executing complex transactions. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify key gaps in process, investigate themes or issues, and strategically recommend solutions to problems with often limited information. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools. Established time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to influence and manage across indirect reporting lines and to implement and manage change throughout the organization. Demonstrated presentation, training, and knowledge transfer skills. Able to effectively communicate between various departments and levels within the organization. Ability to work with sensitive/confidential information. Demonstrated high level of integrity and ethics. Education: Bachelors degree required. Degree in technical discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
