In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our SailPoint IdentityNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, performance optimization, and automation. Key Responsibilities: SailPoint IIQ Administration: 1. Manage and administer SailPoint IdentityNow (IIQ) platform, including installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance. 2. Perform regular system upgrades and patching to ensure the platform's security and functionality. 3. Monitoring and Incident Response: a. Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues. b. Respond to incidents promptly, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
