Position:- Project Manager Job Type:- Onsite Duration:- 6+ Months Location:- Baton Rouge, LA The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Provide day-to-day project management support Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed Activity and resource planning Analyzing project risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks Process monitoring Monitor project deliverables Conduct cost/benefit analysis Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking See Attachment D for related services to be provided per the project overview Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree or PMP certification. Proven track record of managing projects successfully, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities. Background overseeing education, federal programs, and/or finance Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Experience with risk management, change management, and stakeholder management. Effective time management skills to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
