Candidate should have excellent leadership skill and collaborate with US and India team members on planning and execution b. Experienced BSA (Business System Analyst) in SFMC not BA c. Fully hands-on on SFMC (a good configurator) d. Manage open issues/risks e. Communication with business SMEs, and external technical teams f. Define and document scope, use cases, requirements g.
