Must have completed at least 2 implementations of SPM within ServiceNow. Experience or knowledge or certifications with various ServiceNow modules like SPM, ITAM, ITOM, ITIL, CSA Certification, Implementation Specialist Certification. Expertise and experience in ServiceNow, ideally certified as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator. Experience utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, XML, CSS, SQL, or JavaScript. Ability to lead client discussions, organize backlog grooming and run scrum calls and agile based methodology of software development. Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
