ABOUT THE ROLE Client is seeking an Application/SQL DBA who will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of the enterprise applications. In addition, the DBA will be responsible for the development and sustainment of the On-Prem Warehouse, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance), executing data loads, performing DDL/DML activities including Views, Stored Procedures, and Triggers etc. in support of the development work. 10+ years Application/SQL DBA experience required Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools Experience with backups, restores and recovery models Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server Experience with Failover clustering and SAN replication Experience with SQL Server merge, peer to peer, or transactional replication Experience with Analysis Services, Integration Services, or Reporting Services Writing T-SQL from scratch, C# code, or generally building anything from scratch Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory Experience with Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Synonyms, Cursors, PL/SQL, Linked Servers etc. Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to organize and plan work independently Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams Sandeep Siliveru IT/NON IT Recruiter | ARK InfoTech Spectrum : linkedin.com/in/sandeep-siliveru- -5759b023b : We Believe In Client Satisfaction.
