SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management): For managing supplier relationships, sourcing, and procurement. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP MM and SRM modules to align with the organization's specific P2P requirements. Customize the system to meet business process needs. Integration Skills: Understand and configure integration points between SAP MM, SRM, and other relevant modules like SAP Finance (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO). Procurement Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to purchase order creation, goods receipt, and invoice verification. Vendor Management: Implement and optimize processes related to vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and collaboration. Master Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency in master data related to vendors, materials, and purchasing info records. Workflow Management: Configure workflow processes for approvals and ensure smooth flow through the P2P cycle. SAP MDM Modules: SAP MDG (Master Data Governance): Understanding and expertise in SAP MDG, which is used for governing master data across different domains such as customer, vendor, material, and finance. Master Data Domains: Proficiency in managing various master data domains, including but not limited to customer data, vendor data, material data, and financial data. Data Modeling: Design and implement data models for different master data entities to ensure consistency and accuracy. Data Governance Framework: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain the quality and integrity of master data. Data Quality Management: Implement strategies for data quality management, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation rules. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies when transitioning from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring a smooth transfer of master data. Integration: Configure and manage the integration of SAP MDM with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow. Workflow Configuration: Configure workflows for the creation, modification, and approval of master data records, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
