Role :: Salesforce Business Analyst Location :: Dallas/Plano,TX(Onsite) Type :: Contract Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Configure and customize Salesforce features to meet business needs. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance. Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement solutions. Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features. Assist with user acceptance testing and deployment activities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize Salesforce usage and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) preferred. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
