Job Title AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist Project Location Remote Duration 12 Month+ Contract Phone Interview Followed By Skype Job Description: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software to support customer needs Architect and lead extensible and reusable AI/ML software and service components for seamless customer experience Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure its suitability for training AI/ML models. Train AI/ML models using appropriate algorithms and techniques. Evaluate model performance and make improvements as needed. Partner with Delivery Lead & Product Partners to bring creative technology and solutions to solve healthcare problems Solution new business requirements covering both business and technical requirements Drive adoption of enterprise strategies in product and ensure alignment of solutions with business and broader engineering teams Accountable for software deliverables along with quality and compliance Exercise independent judgment and discretion to prioritize, plan and manage the activities of the team Lead adoption of security and compliance requirements Mentor team members to deliver high quality software Constantly assess current framework and operating model and bring new ideas to table to improve process and outcomes Partner with broader engineering team to drive innersource adoption and platform engineering Required Qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering experience 5+ years of leading a scrum team in a tech lead capacity 6+ years of experience with System architecture, Data models and integration design patterns 6+ years of experience with designing and developing AI/ML data driven solutions 5+ years of experience with Python programming Deep understanding of various AI/ML algorithms and techniques including LLMs Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their AI/ML services Familiarity with emerging tech frameworks/tools such as OpenAPI, ChatGPT, etc. Strong knowledge in Security, Access Controls, Logging, Monitoring, Performance tuning, Disaster Recovery and Production Operations Experience with version control systems like Git.
