Ability to understand third party tools and how they integrate with the website (such as where to buy, buy online, recipe buying and search etc) Able to direct a team of developers across capabilities. Understands SDLC, Agile development, Devops pipelines. Work with enterprise and solution architects to drive solutions. Experience with source control such as Git Experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers. Flexibility in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities Technically creative and open-minded Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Great communication and problem-solving skills Detail oriented and focus on quality assurance of work. Developing coding best practices, playbooks, frameworks, and solutions Writing clean, maintainable and performance code Outlining architectural best practices Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability Helping to drive, document and continually refine platform standards.
