Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Requirements: 8+ years of HR technology implementation experience, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management. Proven track record of leading successful SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in project management methodologies and remote collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification. Experience as a consultant in HR technology implementation.
