Job Description Key Skill /Skill Specialization Data Architecture Mandatory Skills EDW Architecture, Data warehousing, Application experience Desired Skills Experience in Azure cloud, Data Lake, Hadoop and MDM Job Description 1. 15-17 years of total IT experience. 2. Understand the concepts of modern data warehouse, Data lake, ELT and ETL. Application Architecture experience encompassing the following: a. Collaborating with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs. b. Leading the application development team and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages. c. Providing ongoing support by monitoring applications for necessary configuration changes and maintaining data integrity. d. Mentoring junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support. e. Running diagnostic tests and performing debugging procedures. f. Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards g. Experience in any of the programming languages example: C#, JAVA or Node.JS 4. Conducting data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for the technical design and construction of data flows. 5. Knowledge and experience of Azure functions for architecting and orchestrating the data pipelines with multiple sources. 6. Working across client stakeholders to gather solution requirements and propose architecture decisions. 7. Developing and maintaining data warehouse schematics, layouts, architectures, and relational/non-relational databases for data access and Advanced Analytics. 8. Defining effective processes and metrics for data monitoring processes. 9. Familiar with Could technologies like AWS, GCP , Azure etc. (Preferably Azure) 10. Health care background with knowledge of various standards like HIPPA and HITRUST 11. Hands on experience in driving the design to the technical implementation and guiding the development and QA teams end to end. 12. Should be a good listener, experience handling teams across various time zones. 13. Strong data analytical skills, Data Architecture (Modeling). Experience with one or more standard ETL tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory. 14. Strong database development experience with SQL Server 15. Understand Hadoop/ MPP processing frame works like Spark. 16. Understand the concept of master Data Management (Master Patient Index), Data Masking, 17. Strong Documentation and presentation skills. 18. Experience in designing the solutions and providing documentation for Low Level design to developers for data pipelines on Azure Cloud in the most efficient manner 19. Experience with data modeling tools will be a plus. 20. Experience with Scripting languages like Python, Scala etc. will be added advantage. Analyze all data warehouse architecture goals and provide support to all related initiatives. 21.
