With a strong foundation in Scrum and agile methodologies, you will guide Agile Squads, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams in self-organization, and driving a customer-centric approach to product development. We are seeking individuals with a passion for servant leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to driving positive outcomes in a dynamic business environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Scrum Framework and agile principles. Cultivate high-performing teams that embrace continuous learning and improvement. Utilize empirical data to inform decision-making and enhance team effectiveness. Employ critical and creative problem-solving skills to address challenges. Deliver presentations, mentor team members, and facilitate discussions at various organizational levels. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, prioritizing collective success. Continuously enhance skills in agile methodologies, coaching, and emotional intelligence. Foster an environment of trust and openness where concerns can be freely expressed. Drive the adoption of agile practices and facilitate communication both within and outside Agile Squads. Shield Agile Squads from external distractions to ensure focus and productivity. Encourage self-organization, learning, and growth within Agile Squads. Actively work to resolve interpersonal and organizational conflicts as a mediator. Uphold policies and procedures while prioritizing customer experience and organizational goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6 years of full-time business experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to present, teach, mentor, and facilitate discussions effectively. Strong coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team building and empowerment. Passion for fostering innovation and promoting self-improvement. Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
