Expertise in modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management. Proven track record of leading successful SAP Success Factors implementation projects. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in project management methodologies and remote collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Success Factors certification.
