Analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Proficient in Agile practices and story writing. Minimum of 5+years working experience in the following areas: Proven working experience as a business systemsanalyst for medium to large projects (5+ years). Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams andother technical staff, business partners and vendors. Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, userstories and acceptance criteria. Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UATtesting. Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigaterisks. Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and Confluence Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengthsand weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches toproblems.
