Job Title: SAP VMS Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+Months Start Date: ASAP. Job Description Required Skills: SAP,SD,VMS Responsibilities: Provide strategic support involving configuration, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality. Build lasting relationships through day-to-day interactions with key Business Partners and team. Participates in requirements gathering, design workshops to understand applications functionality and support requirements. Evaluate new releases of SAP VMS S/4HANA to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users Gather, refine and document user stories and acceptance criteria. Participate in solution design and testing activities as needed. Other projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelors degree. with minimum 7 years of SAP VMS experience with at least 2 end to end SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) implementations. Experience in conducting and gathering Business Requirements through Business Blueprint workshop. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio Be able to communicate effectively with team on issues, new requirements. Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team. Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality. Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. SAP certification(s) is a plus.
