| From: tejasree, ITBrainiac.Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position :- GenAI Developer & GenAIArchitect Location :- 100% Remote Customer facing exp must RESPONSIBILITIES Design AI Solutions: Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions leveraging the capabilities of Google Cloud Platform.Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and algorithms, using Huggingface LLM models (Falcon, Llama2), Google (PaLM, Gemini), Open AI Gen AI Model Development: Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models using GCP's AI and ML services (e.g., Workbench, Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden etc.). Design, develop, and implement Gen AI, NLP & ML models LLM Ops - Productionize models model training, model deployment, model serving, model monitoring. Optimize Generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency. Client Consultation Conduct thorough consultations with clients to comprehend their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into how Gen AI solutions can drive value and enhance business processes. Prototyping and Proof of Concept Develop prototypes and proof of concept demonstrations to showcase the feasibility and potential impact of proposed Gen AI solutions. Iterate on prototypes based on client feedback and technical feasibility. Technical Guidance Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients regarding the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Gen AI solutions. Assist clients in understanding the technical aspects and benefits of AI technologies. Requirements Analysis Work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze and document detailed requirements for Gen AI projects. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. Stakeholder Communication Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present and articulate AI solutions to CXOs with superb story telling narrative in a clear and compelling manner. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Gen AI solutions into existing systems and processes. Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure for Gen AI workloads, ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance. Data Pipelines: Design and implement robust data pipelines for Gen AI model training and inference. Security and Compliance: Ensure that AI solutions meet security and compliance requirements, working closely with the security team. Documentation and Best Practices: Create and maintain documentation for architecture, design patterns, and best practices related to Generative AI on GCP. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and GCP to continuously improve our offerings. Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into customer products and services. Function as a technical or project lead and while mentoring junior engineering talent Qualifications Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) with 10+ years of experience. 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as Falcon, Llama2, Google PaLM. Gemini & Open AI 10+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform Must have 5+ Telco experience 8+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face. Proficiency in GCP services relevant to AI/ML (e.g., Vertex AI Platform, AutoML, BigQuery ML, etc.). Strong programming skills in languages like Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services beyond AI/ML (e.g., Compute Engine, Kubernetes, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly. Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Google Cloud Professional AI Engineer or Architect Certification. Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
