Experience (CRO or Pharma) creating CDISC datasets and TFLs for regulatory submission. Experience with all aspects of testing including unit tests, snapshot tests, shiny module tests, end-to-end app tests. Experience and preference for Tidyverse packages Experience and preference for Shiny modules and developing shiny apps using R package framework. Knowledge and experience with statistical and analytical techniques and visualizations Experience with Posit/RStudio pro products is preferred. Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT) Experience with collaborative code development workflow Knowledge with REST API, proficiency with command line shell scripting highly desirable Experience with EDC systems (e.g. medidata RAVE) desirable Experience with data engineering, pipelining, databasing desirable Published GitHub code repositories, R packages, Shiny apps strong plus Linux OS, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, D3, CI/CD, devops, parallel computing, AWS, statistics, computer system validation experience and skills are pluses.
