All expenses paid Client is RXX Job Description: Oracle EBS Order Management Functional Consultant Location: Grafton WI (Remote with 1-2 weeks at the office) 1 week/month at the office -expenses paid by the client Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) and associated SCM modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, BOM, WIP, and MSCA Extensive (8 plus years) experience in implementation or upgrade or production support of Oracle Applications R12 Working knowledge of Oracle Databases 8i, 9i, 10g, and 11g; PL/SQL, and SQL Developer/TOAD Design, develop and implement solutions in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules. Experience in any of these modules will be an advantage: Inventory, Costing, Work-In-Process, Bill of Materials, Quoting, Receiving, Shipping, OSFM, MSCA, Sourcing (POs, planning) or Demantra Build productive relationships with IT Stakeholders (onsite as well as offshore) and lead end users throughout the life cycle of the project. Lead and manage activities to convert data from legacy to Oracle EBS (includes writing CVxx documents), performing data conversions for each milestone, incrementally reduce errors and conflicts in the data. Analyze and map business processes, provide GAP analysis, Setup / Configure Oracle EBS modules (listed above and includes writing BRxx documents) and design extensions to address them. Design RICE components to fulfil GAPs (includes writing MDxx documents) and assist technical team to develop, test and deploy them. Experience in Oracle Developer, Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL/PLSQL, XML Publisher, and JDeveloper is a plus. Perform conference room pilots, user acceptance, cut-over, post go-live support and other required activities for Oracle ERP implementation projects. Provide regular status update to business and IT stakeholders as per the communication plan. Create Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and help to manager timely resolution. Provide integrated systems planning and recommend new technologies and processes targeting improved efficiencies. Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment. Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) and associated SCM modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, BOM, WIP, and MSCA Extensive (8 plus years) experience in implementation or upgrade or production support of Oracle Applications R12 Working knowledge of Oracle Databases 8i, 9i, 10g, and 11g; PL/SQL, and SQL Developer/TOAD Duration: At least 6 months Feb to Jul 2024 Travel Requirements: Ideally we prefer consultant to work from Grafton, WI. For candidates with relevant competencies and experience, we are willing to allow up to 50% remote work.
