Role: Data Scientist Location: Remote Total Experience 3-5 years (CPG Domain) Job Responsibilities: Primary role of being a data scientist in clients central DS team Collaborating with Business stakeholders to understand their problems to solve and align on an approach Own and execute client analytics related projects Independently interact with internal/external clients to understand requirements and provide updates Deliver outputs and communicate project progress to all stakeholders Develop comprehensive models/codes on times series based forecasting Work with clients internal stakeholders to help them make data driven decisions and then to implement and track them. Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality. Requirements & Qualifications: Graduation in engineering / statistics / data analytics 3 5 yrs of experience post-graduation with 50% experience with CPG clients or companies Strong programming skills in Python and pySpark. Experience working in Databricks and Azure Cloud environment. Experience working with time series forecasting problems. Worked on Demand forecasting or Consumption Forecasting or Shipment forecasting using various machine learning methods. Ability to collaborate, especially with more technical teams like Data Science Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
