Must Have: 3+ years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development. Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows. Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model. Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio. Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
