The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing code migration, and environment management. Responsibilities: Manage a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of projects Oversee code migration and ensure that all code is migrated successfully. Ensure that all environments are managed effectively and efficiently. Work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure that all development work is of high quality and meets the required standards. Ensure that all development work is completed within the agreed timelines. Ensure that all development work is completed within the allocated budget. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in D365 development. At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of developers. Strong knowledge of D365 development tools and technologies. Strong knowledge of code migration and environment management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
