Migrate on AWS Cloud Instance Job Description/ Responsibilities IWS Tool Administration and migration support: IWS tool Administration New IWS installs on servers Install patches- currently at 9.4.0.06 Manage Passwords -every 60/90 days Escalate tickets to IBM Support- Data gather as needed Monitor space on IWS servers Stop/Start IWS on servers Handling Incidents, Service requests, Change requests & Jira task Ability to handle root cause for the repetitive issues Documenting all the known errors and the solution provided Handle IWS scheduling requests Clone IWS environment and migrate on AWS Cloud Instance Job summary 7-9 years of experience in IBMTWSDWC. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support decision-making and planning processes.
