Job Title: System Administrator Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Client: TCS Job Description: Sound knowledge of building core AWS infrastructure services (AMI, EC2, RDS, Network, Storage)- Design and deploy storage systems and enhancements to existing systems and software using native AWS technologies. Evaluating storage performance issues and storage requests Design/build/deploy storage solutions/resources Proactively monitoring the storage service environments Provide engineering support for storage infrastructure Establish and recommend policies on system use and services- Provision and configure of EC2 instances along with networking and storage essential needs.- Good understanding of networking technologies.- Analyze the AWS infrastructure logs and support remotely working relevant IT team.- Ability to execute OS hardening and patching requirement for pre-defined or custom AMIs.- Understand the AWS CloudWatch events/alerts to monitor the application and infrastructure-based outages. Ability to understand the installation and configuration of RHEL-based operating systems, packages, and services in AWS AMIs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in AWS production environments, assisting in the development and test environments when needed. Build and manage Bastion Hosts, C2S access points, and VPC. Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in their work style to better respond to multiple. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
