Minimum 5-year experience of leading 1015-member team in offshore and onshore model. Good Communication and stake Holder management Should be a problem solver, excellent and clear communication style, and an expert in managing senior leaders/stakeholders from the client side Strong Exposure to all types of testing and across different phases. Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Veeva application suite and preferably on Veeva CRM. Hands on experience of testing and leading testing in other important Commercial applications such as Salesforce and eCommerce applications. Strong exposure to TCoE model or QA to QE transformation programs. Solid Understanding of web and packaged application automation testing strategies and tools. Testing experience with Model N applications. Nice to have hands on experience on TOSCA automation tool and other popular automation tools such as Selenium. Familiarity with Agile development. Ability to lead and manage teams in Offshore and Onshore Model. Strong API testing fundamentals. Demand Management. Familiarity with HP ALM and Codebeamer. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and integration testing including ERP, SAP SFFC landscape.
