The ideal candidate should have an artful design knowledge, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate business requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of graphic/UI design/motion design/data visualization and usability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Requirements and skills 12+ years of experience Proven UI experience Must be a Senior consultant who is hands on in developing re-usable frameworks and all along with UX experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, data visualization, process flows Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, after effects or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficiency product management tools like Jira, GitLab etc. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
