Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. . Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and security. . Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. . Experience with project management tools and methodologies. . Degree or equivalent industry experience . Solid understanding and working experience of infrastructure and leading IT technologies . Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, and documentation skills (sharepoint, wiki) . Strong managerial skills, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours and weekends when required Key Responsibilities . Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets. . Execute and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. . Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations. . Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. . Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support. . Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team culture. . Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. . Manages Level 3/2/1 NOC Support teams working in 24*7 environments. . Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. . Ensure project delivery/services as per assigned SLAs. . Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. . Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. . Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions. . Ensure that infrastructure projects align with the organization's technology roadmap and strategic objectives. . Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure. . Conduct regular reviews and audits to validate compliance with industry best practices.
