Good work tenure. Long-term projects. Candidates with several 1 year or less projects will be screened out. Willing to travel into Dallas, TX for one week every 2months, at times possibly once a month if requested by manager. No international travel plans within 90 days. Comfortable with multi-step interview process. Need to have all the mention project are in USA Need 9-10 Years of Experience of USA along Overview: (Statement of Work Project - long term project) Type : Remote (Dallas/Ft. Worth area candidates highly preferred) Experience: Must have 7 - 10+ years of U.S.A work experience. Communication: Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees. Hours/Time Zone: Must be able to work 8am CST 5pm CST! (CST & EST candidates highly preferred) Travel : Must be able to travel 1 week to SWA Headquarters in Dallas to work onsite. This could be quarterly or monthly depending on manager. Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview SWA Hiring Manager Details for Anaplan Analyst Team: FUEL, Anaplan project Summary: Anaplan is a finance tool being implemented. Partnered with Accenture to build all models of FP&A to build companies forecasts. Anaplan experience levels: L1, L2, (basic Anaplan training) L3, Master Builders (Experienced in Anaplan) Positions: First hires - 1 Anaplan Analyst and 1 Anaplan Lead targeting L3 and above. A Master Builder or Master Architect as they usually have the most experience with complex models like the team is creating. Later hires - 2 Anaplan Engineers Skills required for Anaplan Analyst: 7-10+ years of experience Anaplan experience - someone who can speak Anaplan language. Traditional BA skills like requirements gathering, Writing User stories, and working with development teams. Experience as an analyst for an Anaplan implementation will be the best fit but if not, then financial systems would work as well. This is a Cloud based system, so working with AWS Lambda is strongly preferred. Must be hands-on. SWA culture fit. Timeline: Preferably Mar. 1, sooner is better!
