(State and Local Government and Education) experience SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST The Business Solutions Analyst must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project. The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Salesforce SaaS implementation, a project budget of at least $10 million, and a project duration of at least two (2) years in Calif. State Government. The Salesforce Business Analyst must have certification as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The bidder shall submit a copy of the Certified Business Analyst Professional with the proposal. The Salesforce Business Analyst must possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis. The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation projects. The Salesforce Business Analyst will translate what the CDFA business needs and how to get this accomplished within the Salesforce solution by asking why and how CDFA stakeholders do their key business processes. In addition, the role of a Salesforce Business Analyst is to gather and/or confirm business needs to prepare User stories, produce "to-be" process maps, and document detail reason why something was implemented. Other key activities that this role performs are a gap analysis, prepare user acceptance test plans, and participates in stakeholder communication. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Senior Project Manager (PM) must possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. The Senior PM must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Project Manager Of the five (5) years, the Senior PM must have three (3) years of FTE experience managing a Salesforce SaaS implementation project with a budget equal to or greater than $10 million, including legacy data cleansing and migration, and supporting public users. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) must have a minimum of one year of experience as a SPM on a Salesforce Public Sector Solution implementation project. The Senior Project Manager must be certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and also be certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). The certifications must be active and not expire by the time of proposal submission. The bidder shall submit a copy of the PMP and CSM certificates with the proposal. A Senior Project Manager is expected to prepare and implement a Project Implementation Plan, create and maintain a detailed project schedule and maintain oversight of all project personnel activities to successfully implement the project on schedule and within the project budget. In addition, the Senior Project Manager shall identify and maintain a log for project risks, issues, and change requests, prepare and implement the communication plan, and lead the project's organization change management activities. DESIRABLE QUALS The Senior Project Manager has a certification as a Salesforce Advance Administrator or as a Salesforce Administrator. The bidder shall submit a copy the certificate(s) with the proposal. The Senior Project Manager (PM) has a minimum of 10 years implementing Salesforce. The Senior Project Manager (PM) has a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last 10 years implementing a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions project. The Senior Project Manager (PM) has a minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of experience within the last 10 years managing State of CA Department's Technology Non- Delegated Implementation projects. The Senior Project Manager (PM) has a minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of FTE experience within the last 10 years implementing other State & Local Government projects.
