Role Summary: Working with Collecting and analyzing data: You will be responsible for collecting data from various sources and analyzing it to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help businesses make better decisions. Maintaining databases: You will need to maintain databases and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate. This includes inputting data cleaning and formatting data and performing quality checks. Creating reports: You will be required to create reports based on your analysis and present them to management or other stakeholders. These reports should be clear and concise and should provide actionable insights. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Role responsibilities: Should have a strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and database management. Should also be familiar with and be comfortable working with data analysis software like Excel or Power BI. Analytical skills: Should have strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify patterns and trends in data, make data-driven decisions, and solve complex problems. You should also be able to interpret data and communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should also be able to write reports, create presentations, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
