Documents, tests (unit and integration), implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Application monitoring and preventive maintenance Weekly status and SLA reporting Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production application defects Perform minor application upgrades / enhancements Support infrastructure maintenance / validation Support disaster recovery testing / validation.
