Job Title               Salesforce BA

Location               California (Remote) (Local)

Duration of project          12 months+

Must have 2 years California specific state gov experience

Required strong, current, relevant S.L.E.D. (State and Local Government and Education) experience

Job Description:

              The Business Solutions Analyst must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project.

              The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst for a Salesforce SaaS implementation, a project budget of at least $10 million, and a project duration of at least two (2) years in Calif. State Government.

              The Salesforce Business Analyst must have certification as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The bidder shall submit a copy of the Certified Business Analyst Professional with the proposal.

              The Salesforce Business Analyst must possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university.

              Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis.

              The Salesforce Business Analyst must have a minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on  Salesforce implementation projects.

              The Salesforce Business Analyst will translate what the CDFA business needs and how to get this accomplished within the Salesforce solution by asking why and how CDFA stakeholders do their key business processes.

              In addition, the role of a Salesforce Business Analyst is to gather and/or confirm business needs to prepare User stories, produce "to-be" process maps, and document detail reason why something was implemented.

              Other key activities that this role performs are a gap analysis, prepare user acceptance test plans, and participates in stakeholder communication.
