Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain. With some guidance, gets clear understanding of the vision and roadmap for product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Experience in OSS BSS systems are must Preferred Qualifications: Must Have: Excellent understanding of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Process flows Experience driving end to end delivery for Technical Requirements across at least one of FAB areas Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Gap identification and documentation Agile Methodology/Scrum Team experience, working with cross functional teams Digital Product Management Experience in Communications domain Familiarity with various types of technical interfaces, functional and non-functional requirements and understanding Ability to facilitate debugging of technical issues across applications Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills Quick learner and ability to communicate effectively to understand the space Network builder & Stakeholder management Strong communicator/negotiator Track initiatives from beginning to end and ensure timely deliver and leadership updates Agile and Scrum Certifications.
