Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and projects. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. Desirable: ServiceNow certifications, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) or specific modules relevant to the project.
