Develop XQuery, JavaScript and REST modules on the MarkLogic technology stack. Job Description: 1. Maintain and Manage various storage solutions 2. Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technical support, guidance and direction for products supported. 3. Analyse and resolve escalated problems 4. Ensure integrity of supported environment 5. Actively and pre-emptively determine possible faults and causes by the execution of pre-determined health and operational checks 6. Manage and resolve problems identified by sys admins or monitoring software Work with change and problem management tools 7. Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison 8.
