Business analysis and agile project management skills are required. Expert in agile project management tool. Example: Jira (preferred), Rally. A minimum of three (3) years of mortgage technology experience desired. Extensive knowledge of business process and technology systems and applications is required. Proficient in translating business requirements into actionable user stories for Engineering teams. Continuing education and awareness of industry trends and technology solutions for business processes. Strong stakeholder management skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO. Proficient in running basic data queries in industry recognized analytics tool (Example: Tableau, PowerBI). Advanced understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
