Role - Salesforce Platform Admins MUST HAVE: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ This is for a 6-12 month engagement 4 days per week onsite mandatory Dallas, TX 10+ Years exp Must KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advanced Salesforce Administration: Provide high-level administration for a large corporate Salesforce.com environment, including management of multiple Salesforce Cloud applications, primarily Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Collaboration: Work directly with Operations, Sales, Product, and Architecture/Development teams to address Salesforce development, support, and technical debt needs. System Configuration & Development: Perform configuration and declarative development as required, adapting Salesforce to meet business needs through workflow, approval processes, and custom object implementation. Requirements Gathering & Implementation: Collaborate with internal business partners to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, ensuring the system aligns with business processes. Security & Access Management: Design, configure, and troubleshoot profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain data security and user access controls. Documentation: Document all system configuration and administration processes, creating a reference for best practices and procedures. Platform Updates & Best Practices: Stay informed on Salesforce platform releases, features, changes, and best practices to leverage new functionalities and maintain system efficiency. AppExchange Solutions: Assist with the selection and implementation of Salesforce AppExchange solutions, enhancing platform capabilities as needed. Testing Support: Provide support for various testing needs, ensuring system integrity and performance through rigorous validation. Tier 2/3 Support: Offer advanced tier 2/3 support for the IT team and business customer users, resolving complex issues efficiently. System Monitoring: Oversee system performance, availability, and backup processes, ensuring optimal operation and data integrity. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Salesforce Developer Console expertise: Demonstrated experience using the Salesforce Developer Console for troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing platform functionality. Technical Expertise: Solid experience with Web services, SQL, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), enabling advanced data manipulation and integration capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide efficient support and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Salesforce system configuration, custom objects, and fields creation. Experience with Salesforce integrations and API. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM 301) or Platform App Builder certifications are REQUIRED (either/or is fine) Demonstrable proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other business, specifically experience with middleware tools, APIs, and a solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices will be highly valuable. -- Keywords: information technology Texas |
