Analysis Specialist to join our team in Rockville, MD (Hybrid Model) so, we preferred local candidates. Responsibilities: Consult with stakeholders to define and document customer business functions and processes to convert them into functional requirements and technical design processes. Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and other governmental organizations in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of web sites/tools/applications/systems to ensure optimal operational performance. Create and disseminate adhoc reports (user metrics reports, etc.). Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Conduct end-user training and UAT preparation. Create and maintain SOPs, quick reference sheets (QRS), training manuals, and training materials/plans for enhancements and system changes. Train and mentor new team members during the onboarding process. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. At least 3+ years of relevant work experience. At least 3+ years of relevant work experience working in a software development environment on projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, or other Microsoft projects, preferred. Experience of using tools like Azure DevOps (TFS)/JIRA. 3+ years Agile experience. Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in the business analysis and design. Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both oral and written, and interpret regulatory guidance and identified vulnerabilities to a wide audience. Need experience with creating use cases, acceptance criteria and test cases. Knowledge of SharePoint, preferred.
