HR Technology - Workday Compensation Consultant Activities: Support Integration of New Companies through Workday Configuration and active participation. Actively participate in HRT Roadmap, providing expertise in Core and Advanced Compensation. Manage, create, and maintain core and advanced compensation elements, including compensation packages, basis, plans, rules, etc. Execute projects according to Carrier HRT PMO workflow. Regularly communicate with functional teams on the progress of development projects. Leverage the Workday community to provide support and implement best practices related to core and advanced compensation modules. Understand and manage downstream systems' behavior, including effective dates, pay periods, and external payroll earnings, based on PECI or PICOF to Global View integration. Skillsets & Knowledge: Core Compensation Knowledge: Compensation Packages, Basis, Plans, and Elements External Payroll Earnings Job Catalog & Benchmark Grade Hierarchy, Grades, Grade Profiles, Steps, and Ranges Compensation Rules Compensation Plans (Salary Plans to Stock Plans) Advanced Compensation Knowledge: Launch, Edit, Maintain, and Finalize the Annual Compensation Review Compounding Options, Business Process Parallel Events, Rule Sets, and Business Reasons Pools, Scorecards, Custom Modifiers, and Merit Matrix Compensation Review Template and Options Compensation Review Statements Release Stocks Update & Approval EIBs and MOM Manage by Basis Total General: Design & Maintenance of Business Processes Dashboards, Announcements, Alerts, and Notifications Creation and Maintenance of Calculated Fields Excel Proficiency Jira & Confluence Testing Expertise: Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts, ensuring a holistic integration with Workday - Payroll and Workday - Report systems.
