We have several projects coming up and need a Sr. UI resource to support our offer fulfillment stack for our Bank Associates. This resource will be responsible for creating and designing new features for the applications. The team is based in McLean. This role would be responsible for leading the front-end UI features within our Mobile applications. Top Skills: Typescript/JavaScript Angular AWS> EC2, ECS, SASS JEST> Testing Must Have: Front End UI Developer (70/30%) Individual contributor 75% & Function as traditional lead 25% Node JS Version 10+ Angular > Version 16+ RESTFUL API development Typescript JavaScript Node JS AWS> Cloud Native expertise> Application testing and governance YBYO shop A resource with experience with SFDLC application development including testing Testing> Jasmine & Jest Nice to Have: 2+ years of experience in Agile practices Prior Capital One experience is a plus REACT Responsibilities: Work with a team of developers with deep experience in self-managed cloud-native full-stack systems for responsive web & mobile components Perform software development on full-stack applications leveraging unit tests, component testing and test-driven development patterns Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment and inclusion Communicate effectively with engineering squad, product partners, as well as with diverse audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders Utilize programming languages including TypeScript (Node.js, Angular, React, NgRx), RESTful web services, relational and nonrelational databases, CICD pipelines (Jenkins), and cloud-based services (AWS/GCP) to perform day to day delivery and contributions Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply) At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud) Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks 3+ years experience with automated testing frameworks: Jest, NX, Cypress, Playwright 2+ years of experience in Agile practices Prior Capital One experience is a plus -- Keywords: user interface javascript information technology Illinois Texas Virginia |
