The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives. Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process design document, to-be functional design, process maps, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests) to ensure they meet project objectives Liaise with client team members to create work instructions for RCM Participate in testing UAT, PPT complete test scripts Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise Skills and Experience 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience as an SAP implementation/support consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management. Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Module At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience. Knowledge and experience in SF Onboarding preferred Experience of configuration of Candidate Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Experience in candidate profile , requisition and offer templates Experience in interview central functionality and Agency setup Experience in Basic hire integration template for Employee Central Experience in Standard integrations for Background Checks and/or Assessments Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self motivating and be able to plan your own work. Education and or Training Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
