Facilitate Contact Opt-in/opt-out processes in compliance with regulatory standards. Implement seamless integration between SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud using the appropriate connectors. Conduct audience management, segmentation, and campaign management operations within SFMC. Utilize Geo-targeting and Einstein engagement frequency management to enhance marketing efforts. Develop and refine attribution models, ensuring effective tracking of marketing initiatives. Oversee the export of engagement data to analytical platforms for in-depth analysis. Create personalized marketing experiences and manage cross-channel journeys using SFMC tools such as Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Ad Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio. Develop and maintain a Preference Center solution within SFMC. Integrate SFMC with Google Analytics and Tableau to enrich data analysis and reporting capabilities.
