Healthcare industry experience is must Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Product Owner/Analyst role: Responsible for innovation and launch of products. Collaborates with stakeholders and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap for products he/she is responsible for. Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Leads the product functional design process Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of solutions, reporting and integrations (APIs, SFTP), real time alerts, etc. Healthcare background not required, but would be preferred We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our product management team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting product requirements, guides and processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Requirements: A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Ability to create wireframe designs and mockups Proven working experience as a systems analyst or business analyst Technical expertise regarding software development models, database design development, data query techniques Familiarity with data interfaces for import/export of data Familiarity with automation of business processes Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. A bachelors degree in science, engineering or related field. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. MBA is a plus |
