| Hi , Hope you are doing great! Job Title/Role Technical Consultant Mandatory Skills JDA / Red Prairie / WMS ClientInerview Needed for Selection (yes / No) No Job Description 1. 'Liaise with business users/ client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements. 2. Owns the overall design of JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning to meet customer requirements. 3. Guides the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability 4. Leads Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all external interface requirements 5. Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs) 6. Defines Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/ cases and associated to data requirements 7. Reporting issues / bugs to JDA and tracking their resolution 8. Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers 9. Demonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs. 10. Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assigned 11. Reviewing technical specs 12. Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications Desired Skills 1. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 2.
