Title: Data Analyst with Customer Insights

Location: 100% Remote

Visa: USC and GC

We are seeking a multi-faceted individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Insights & Foresights Data Analyst. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization reimagine customer experiences through the
lens of Supply Chain, focusing on prioritization, capabilities, metrics, and operational frameworks. This role will involve a clear transition from strategy to execution, with a strong emphasis on both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various data sources, including operational data (transactional), experiential data (surveys, interviews, field research, focus groups), to identify insights and opportunities for enhancing customer
experiences

Work on high-priority/value use-cases such as contracting experience, digital surgery, returns, and disputes

Process and analyze data to derive actionable insights, while also understanding and optimizing data sources and systems integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report findings and drive strategic decision-making

Engage in front-end engineering and visualization to deliver insights effectively, using tools such as
Qualtrics (strongly preferred), or similar platforms

Interface with the data science team, utilizing SQL

Familiarity with real-time customer journey management software, such as
Cemantica, is desirable

Qualifications:

Mid-level to senior experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer experience or related domain

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process both quantitative and qualitative data

Experience with customer journey management software, preferably Cemantica

Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Qualtrics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science), or equivalent experience
