I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation ServiceNow Technical Specialist/ Business Analyst Client NCDOT Location: Raleigh, NC 27611 (Remote) Hire type: Contract Interview Type: In Person Only ServiceNowTechnical Specialist with expertise in ServiceProviders and platform strategy. Work directly with customers to capturebusiness and user requirements and communicate those requirements to theplatform team. This role will define detailed stories and epics, with applicableacceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and development teamand facilitate meetings with internal technical and operational teams. Inaddition, this role will be responsible for authoring content and peerreviewing a wide array of documents, including functional, technical, trainingas well as planning and roadmaps. 1) Lead meetings with system owners and customers to gather business requirements. 2) Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for business processes, accurately translating them into functional and technical requirements for the development team. 3) Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data 4) Understand complex business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and help recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. 5) Ability to facilitate technical discussions and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues within an information technology environment. 6) Manage stakeholders, collect requirements, and design solutions to meet business process and application requirements. 7) Experience delivering ServiceNow development capabilities to an enterprise organization. 8) Conducting industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking 9) Translates technical complexities to business owners to drive solutions. 10) Working as part of an integrated project team leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies, supporting user story creation, sprint planning, and overseeing the tasks of the development team 11) Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered. 12) Ability to maintain project plans, resourcing schedules and forecasted activities. 13) Capture and document current or new business products and recommend improvements and efficiencies. 14) Work individually and within a team setting to deliver requirements on time and within scope. 15) Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries. 16) Supporting required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, logistics management, etc. 17) Supporting change management and communications programs and activities 18) Performing PMO activities related to project time tracking, create and maintain issue logs, schedule meetings and take meeting minutes, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks. 19) Other duties as assigned. Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Proven ServiceNow implementation experience Required 3 Years Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) Required 3 Years Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies Required 3 Years Understanding of enterprise IT architecture Required 3 Years Working knowledge of relational databases Required 3 Years Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Required 3 Years Impeccable time-management and record keeping Required 5 Years The ability to take complex end-user requirements to code Required 5 Years A positive can-do attitude & willingness to learn Required 5 Years A strong personal commitment to quality service Required 5 Years The ability to work independently and with a team Required 5 Years LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.
