Job Title: Vulnerability Manager Location: (100% Remote) Work Authorization H4-ead, GC, USC Top skills: in depth data analysis for vulnerabilities, derive action items for business personnel, communicate technical information from a business perspective. Tools: Strong Excel, ServiceNow VR (or other VR tools), PowerBI, Rapid7, Qualys, Tableau Must have Enterprise level Company experience (governmental security companies would be helpful) 5-7 years of experience minimum Vulnerability analysis background to detect vulnerabilities. Attention to details, report back to stakeholder, understand the technical side of the vulnerability detection. Vulnerability management and risk management background Service level agreement. Day to day this candidate will be a remediation coordinator for VP 2 3 interview rounds More notes: Technical skills on vulnerability analysis and management Experience presenting to Senior leadership (VP) Visualize vulnerability data to drive action items for Leadership (VP) Utilize the retrieve data to create action items, and be able to communicate it on business language. Someone to get in the data and drive actions. Deep on the data understanding. Required - ServiceNow VR (Vulnerability Response), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Preference - Qualys (On-Premise), Wiz (Cloud Security) Establishing program governance and team structure to monitor and control the program including but not limited to: o Program Status o Executive Scorecard o Key Stakeholder meeting cadence o Change control process Developing a Project Program roadmap, and associated phases, timelines with key milestones and interdependencies. Assist and communicate the prioritization of remediating vulnerabilities to Digital Technology (DT) Stakeholders, giving DT the data needed to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner, in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLAs). Create, polish, and present PowerPoint presentations on vulnerability remediation efforts, where executive leadership can make risk-based decisions on vulnerability remediation efforts for DT Teams. Creating material and coordinating Program Overview meetings for Security team to ensure alignment across broader organization. Developing a prioritization strategy and roadmap for all identified initiatives. Managing and tracking backlog of newly identified initiatives and change requests. Establishing a knowledge base and document repository. Establishing communication strategy, plan, and collateral for key stakeholders.
