Minimum of 5 years working in Finance/accounting systems administration Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or comparable experience Responsibilities: Administer NetSuite and interconnected systems Manage user access, permissions, sign-on for internal and external users Maintain system uptime, stability, and functionality Lead NetSuite implementation projects by working closely with the team to identify and implement system enhancements. Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting activities related to back-end system management and front-end user portal Primary interface with vendor support Work with NetSuite implementation partners to ensure all installations, upgrades, and integrations are performed correctly Perform functional business requirements for; order to cash, procure to pay, sales order generation, pricing management, quote generation, order fulfilment, item receipts, etc. Support accounting and Sales Operations with Pricing and Standard Cost Updates. Support project teams with creating and maintaining Item Codes. Create fields, workflow rules, saved searches, custom reports, custom scripts, and dashboards Collaborate with reporting experts to leverage NetSuite data extraction and building data models for our business intelligence initiative. Work with end users to understand business needs to identify best solutions to drive system improvement Here is the list tasks the NetSuite Admin.
