Knowledge of Infrastructure e.g. network virtualization would be a plus Responding and resolving incidents that may arise in the production and nonproduction SAP environments Implementing SAP client copy OSS notes kernel patches support packages addons and SAP software component upgrades Expertise in Design Implement and manage Business Continuity Solutions such as HA DR Failover Solutions for SAP landscapes Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems including performance analysis and debugging.
